SUMMARY: Under general administrative direction of the National Sales Manager, sell new instruments and increase existing reagent sales. Maintain market share and develop new customer business.

| Duties: | ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintain and exceed the territory net margin percentage budget.
• Meet contract commitment requirements for all closed accounts.
• Prospect for new opportunities and follow up on all sales leads.
• Develop and manage distributor relationships.
• Maintain regular contact with Technical Service Representatives and Field Service Engineers.
• Contact existing reference accounts in person and by phone on a regular basis.
• Maintain territory data base.
• Maintain and keep in good working order all company property.
• Provide timely and comprehensive reports as directed by Company policy.
• Support and comply with all company policies and directives.
• Monitor monthly expenses to assure compliance with company budgets.

| Qualifications: | • College graduate.
• Minimum of five years successfully demonstrated experience as a Sales Representative.
