From our state-of-the-art development and manufacturing facility in Grove City, Ohio, we ship our products to customers across the US and around the world. We have an immediate need for a Process Engineer experienced in the manufacture of rotary sputtering targets used in the production of solar components.

| Duties: | Responsibilities include the following:
• Developing and/or refining production processes such as extrusion and spray forming in support of current and future solar products.
• Providing leadership for the production of prototypes and the transfer of new products into manufacturing.
• Assisting in the development of efficient manufacturing processes with the goal of on time delivery of quality solar products.
• Supporting Quality program requirements and initiatives as needed.
• Participating in recycling activities and effective use of spent targets.
• Supporting other Process Engineering activities to achieve strategic objectives as desired.
• Supporting other technology teams and internal and external customers and vendors.
• Conducting research and development and writing and publishing technical reports as opportunities to do so arise.

| Qualifications: | Qualifications include:
• BS or MS in Materials Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Will consider new graduate or experienced.
• Knowledge of and/or experience with metallurgy, metal casting, metal forming and fabricating techniques, machining processes and joining processes including soldering and friction stir welding.
• Computer literacy required.
• Must be willing and able to travel domestically and internationally.
• Experience with manufacturing of rotary sputtering targets is highly desirable.
• Experience with design of experiments and statistical analysis is also desired.
